Common questions
For buyers
Your money is safe. Sometimes payment confirmation takes a few minutes. If it has been longer, message us with your order reference and we'll sort it.
Money is held until the event. Cancelled events are refunded for the ticket price, while the service fee is non-refundable. Read the refund policy.
Yes. Open your ticket and use "Send to a friend" so they can claim it safely.
Show your ticket QR code at the gate. The event staff will scan it.
Use "Forgot password" on the login page. If you are still stuck, message us and we will help.
For organizers
Earnings are held in escrow and paid out after your event, usually within 24 hours of it ending. Add your bank account in your dashboard.
